摘要
以BRW200/31. 5型乳化液泵站使用的5XZF-WS自动卸载阀为研究对象,在建立自动卸载阀的节流孔的压力降与先导式溢流阀的动力方程基础上,利用MATLAB对其特性进行仿真研究,找出卸载阀中先导阀和主阀之间的特性关系,并绘制出了先导阀和主阀之间的特性曲线。
This paper took5XZF-WS automatic unloading valve used in BRW200/31.5emusion pumping station as the research object,and based on the dynamic equation of the pressure drop and the pilot relief valve orifice of the automatic unloading valve,simulated the characteristics of MATLAB software to find out the characteristics of the relationship between the pilot valve and main valve in unloading valve and draw the curve between the pilot valve and main valve.
