Effects of Mn content on microstructures and mechanical properties of Q345B

摘要 通过对4种不同Mn含量的Q345B低合金钢的微观组织的观察以及力学性能的测定,研究了Mn含量对Q345B低合金钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着Mn含量的增加,Q345B的屈服强度和延伸率都表现出先增加后降低的趋势,在Mn含量为1. 32%时达到峰值;抗拉强度随着Mn含量的增加而不断增加,但增加幅度逐渐减小。综合考虑合金的力学性能,Q345B的Mn含量以1. 32%为宜。 By observing the microstructures and measuring mechanical properties of four kinds of Q345B low alloy steel with different Mn content,the effects of Mn content on microstructures and mechanical properties of Q345B alloys were studied.The results show that:with the increase of Mn content,the yield strength and elongation of Q345B were all first increasing and then decreasing and the value reaches the peak when the Mn content is1.32%;The tensile strength increases with the Mn content,but the increasing range decreases.Taking mechanical properties of alloy into full consideration,the optimal content of Mn of Q345B is1.32%.
