摘要 利用微流控技术,以2%聚乙烯醇溶液为连续相,CL-20乙酸乙酯溶液为分散相,成功制备CL-20空心微球,研究了连续相流速和分散相浓度对CL-20空心微球颗粒形貌和粒径的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察到所制备的CL-20为缺口型空心微球,平均粒径大小在60~150μm之间,且粒径随连续相流速的增大而减小,随着分散相浓度减小而减小; X射线衍射分析结果表明CL-20空心微球晶型为α型;制备的CL-20空心微球DSC测试表明相转变(α→γ)温度为186. 30℃,热分解峰温为248. 77℃; CL-20空心微球的表观活化能提高了30 k J·mol-1,撞击感度相比于原料提高了80%,摩擦感度提高了24 N,机械感度显著降低。 CL-20Hollow Microspheres were successfully prepared by using2%polyvinyl alcohol solution as the continuous phase and CL-20ethyl acetate solution as the dispersed phase based on the microfluidic technology.The prepared CL-20was a notched hollow microsphere with an average particle size of60-150μm by scanning electron microscopy and the particle size decreases with the increase of the flow rate of the continuous phase,and decreases with the decrease of phase concentration.The DSC test of the prepared CL-20hollow microspheres showed that the phase transition(α→γ)temperature was186.30℃and the thermal decomposition peak temperature was248.77℃.The apparent activation energy of CL-20Hollow Microspheres was increased by30kJ·mol^-1;the impact sensitivity was improved by80%compared with the raw CL-20;the friction sensitivity was increased by24N,and the mechanical sensitivity was significantly reduced.
