省级海洋公园评价标准指标体系研究——以浙江省为例

The evaluation standard index system of provincial marine park——Take Zhejiang province a case

海洋公园是海洋特别保护区的一种类型,海洋公园设立在考虑园区选划条件的基础上,还应体现海洋公园的特点。在选择和确定海洋公园时,其评价标准判断其优劣、取舍,以及保护价值、等级。本文以浙江省为例,研究并构建省级海洋公园评价标准的自然属性、可保护属性和保护管理基础3类指标体系,每项评价因子赋予权重和赋值,提出省级海洋公园评价标准及方法,旨在为海洋公园的可持续发展与有效管理提供科学参考。

Marine park is a type of special marine protected area.When the marine park is set up,it should take into account the conditions for selecting the park,and also reflect the characteristics of the marine park.In the selection and determination of marine park,the evaluation standard judge the advantages and disadvantages,the pros and cons,the protection value and grade.Taking Zhejiang province as an example,this paper studies and constructs the index system of natural attribute,protection attribute and protection management basis of the evaluation standard of provincial marine parks.Weight and assignment are assigned to each evaluation factor,it puts forward the evaluation standard and method of provincial marine parks.It's aims to provide scientific reference for the sustainable development and effective management of marine parks.
