Precision poverty alleviation is a strategic orientation and policy response to China's poverty alleviation and development in the new era.Selecting the typical representative areas of Northeast China and studying the strategy of precision poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang province will play a guiding role in carrying out precise poverty alleviation in China.This paper reviews the development process of poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang province,analyses the challenges faced by its precision poverty alleviation,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of precision poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang province.
