摘要
本项试验研究了在IBA不同浓度下、不同基质中对卧茎景天等6种景天科植物茎段扦插生根的影响。结果表明:不同浓度IBA的处理对景天科植物扦插生根的影响是不同的,IBA的浓度为100mg/L处理插条效果为最好。不同基质对景天科植物扦插生根的影响不同,草炭、粗砂、珍珠岩等比混合的生根率最高。在6个景天品种的种苗繁殖中,卧茎景天分株繁殖能力相对其他景天品种较弱,更适宜利用IBA激素处理其扦插茎段繁殖,在混合基质中来促进其须根的发生。
This experiment studied the effects of different concentrations of IBA on the rooting of stem of six species of Sedum,such as Sedum sarmentosum Bunge,in different substrates.The experiment results showed that:different concentrations of IBA had different effects on the rooting.The cuttings with100mg/L concentration of IBA had the best effect.Different substrates had different effects on the rooting,and the highest rooting rate was equal proportion mixing of peat,coarse sand and perlite.In the seedling propagation of six Sedum species,the reproductive capacity of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge was the weakest.Sedum sarmentosum Bunge can be treated with IBA hormone to propagate its stem segments in order to root in mixed-substrate.
