摘要
为了研究洁净室典型气流组织特性,现选取人走动扬尘/门侵入污染物分别作为室内散发污染源和室外侵入污染源的典型污染源,以尘埃为室内污染物,建立了洁净室人走动扬尘/门侵入污染物的数学模型和物理模型。采用ANSYS/Fluent软件模拟的方法,对动态洁净室两种典型气流组织形式工作面的速度场特性、污染物浓度场分布特性以及人走动扬尘/门侵入污染物对浓度场的影响特性进行模拟。模拟结果表明,侧送侧回气流组织形式优于上送侧回气流组织形式。
In order to study the clean room air distribution for typical characteristics.The dust raised by moving people and the dust coming into the room through the door are modeled as in-room dust source and outdoor dust source respectively.Treating the dust as source of pollution,the mathematical model and the physical model are built regarding dust raising process by moving people in the clean room and dust penetrating process through the door.Adopt the method of ANSYS/Fluent software simulation,the effects of velocity component,distribution of pollutant and dust raised by moving people and dust coming into through the door on the characteristics of concentration distribution are investigated.The simulation results showed that the side-feeding-and-side-returning pattern is better than the top-feeding-and-side-returning pattern.
