三级综合医院手术患者无效住院日影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Ineffective Hospitalization Days of Surgical Patients in Tertiary Comprehensive Hospitals

目的运用因子分析对三级综合医院手术患者无效住院日影响因素进行研究,为改善三级综合医院资源利用效率提供科学依据。方法通过文献研究和专家咨询建立影响因素调查问卷并开展调查,运用SPSS12.0软件进行因子分析。结果因子分析结果显示,影响三级综合医院手术患者无效住院的因素可归纳为医方因素、患方因素和社会方因素,且医方因素影响最大。结论减少检验、检查等待或报告时间被认为对减少无效住院有重大意义;加强患者健康宣教可减少患方无效在院时间;完善基层医疗资源配套可促进患者及时下转,从而减少三级综合医院无效住院;医保报销政策、患者经济状况等是影响患者无效住院的主要社会因素。

Objective To study the influencing factors of ineffective hospitalization days of patients in tertiary comprehensive hospitals by factor analysis,and to provide scientific basis for improving the resource utilization efficiency.Methods The questionnaire was designed through the literature research and experts’consultations.The factor analysis was carried out by SPSS12.0software.Results The influencing factors can be divided into medical factors,patient factors and social factors.And the medical factors have the largest influence.Conclusion Reducing the inspection and exa mination report time or waiting time is of great significance to reduce ineffective hospitalization days;strengthening patients health education can reduce ineffective hospitalization days;perfecting basic level medical resources allocation can promote patients’transferring into hospitals at basic level in time to reduce ineffective hospitalization days;medical insurance reimbursement policy and patients’economic situation is the main social influencing factors of ineffective hospitalization days.
