基于信息监测平台的老年性白内障临床路径效果分析

Effect of Senile Cataract Clinical Pathway Management Based on Information Monitoring and Management Platform

目的探讨基于临床路径信息监测管理平台,在老年性白内障病种临床路径管理中的应用效果。方法将纳入路径管理的白内障患者583例作为研究组,同期未实施临床路径管理的患者150例作为对照组。对比两组疗效、安全性、满意度、住院费用及时间,并分析影响临床路径管理的因素。结果治疗后两组视力及前房角深度、宽度升高,而眼压降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后视力、眼压、前房角深度和宽度改善优于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组疗效满意率、治疗费用满意率、对医疗服务满意率及总体满意率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组术前平均住院日、平均住院日、平均总费用、日均费用和次均药费均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示:自费医疗、合并慢性病、等待手术时间是影响老年性白内障路径管理的主要因素。结论对老年性白内障患者实施基于临床路径信息监测管理平台的临床路径管理有利于提高疾病的治疗效果,降低医疗成本及经济负担,有助于提升患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of senile cataract Clinical Pathway management based on Clinical Pathway information monitoring and management platform.Methods583patients were selected as the research group.In the same period,150patients without Clinical Pathway were selected as the control group.The efficacy,safety,satisfaction,hospitalization expenses and time of the two groups were compared,and the factors influencing the Clinical Pathway management were analyzed.Results After treatment,the visual acuity and anterior chamber angle increased and the intraocular pressure decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber angle and width of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of curative effect,treatment cost,medical service and general satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative average days of hospitalization,average days of hospitalization,average total cost,average daily cost and average drug cost before operation in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that self-paid medical care,combined with chronic di seases and waiting time for surgery were the main factors affecting the Clinical Pathway management of senile cataract.Conclusion The implementation of Clinical Pathway management based on Clinical Pathway information monitoring and Clinical Pathway management platform for senile cataract patients is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of the disease,and reduce the medical cost and economic burden.It can help to improve the patient satisfaction.
