摘要 目的利用不同的静态立位平衡参数综合评估长时间航海疲劳对官兵机体平衡功能的影响。方法从某远航分队中随机选取31名远航官兵,在3个月远航任务前后通过立位平衡测试系统测量4种不同站立姿势下的静态立位平衡参数并进行统计分析。结果远航官兵经过3个月的航行后,身体重心晃动轨迹增加,双足重心分布发生变化,不同频段晃动频率发生改变。结论长时间航海疲劳对官兵立位平衡功能产生了影响。 Objective To evaluate the effects of long-distance navigation fatigue on the body's balance function of navy servicemen using different static posture balance parameters.Methods A total of31officers and soldiers on a long-distance voyage were randomly selected to measure the static standing balance parameters under four different standing postures and perform statistical analysis using the standing balance test system before and after the three-month voyage mission.Results After three months of navigation,the sloshing trajectory of the center of gravity of the body increased,and the distribution of the center of gravity of the two feet changed.The sloshing frequency of different frequency bands changed.Conclusion Fatigue caused by a long-term voyage has an impact on the balance function of the crew.
