补肝肾祛瘀方联合化疗对肝肾亏虚血瘀型骨转移癌临床症状的影响

Effect of Bugan Shenqi Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Clinical Symptoms of Liver and Bone Metastases of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的探索补肝肾祛瘀方联合化疗对肝肾亏虚血瘀型骨转移癌临床症状的影响。方法肝肾亏虚血瘀型的骨转移癌患者80例,依据治疗方案分为联合组(40例)和单纯组(40例)。联合组患者采用补肝肾祛瘀方联合化疗治疗,单纯组患者采用单纯化疗治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症状和不良情况等。结果两组患者治疗后,联合组患者临床疗效明显好于单纯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗4周后临床症状比较,联合组明显好于单纯组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯组患者不良反应例数为8例,联合组患者不良反应例数为2例,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.114,P=0.043)。结论补肝肾祛瘀方联合化疗对肝肾亏虚瘀血型骨转移癌患者有较好的临床疗效,能够明显减轻患者临床症状,降低不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Bugan Shenqi decoction combined with chemotherapy on clinical symptoms of metastatic bone cancer of the liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods Eighty patients with bone metastases diagnosed with liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis were divided into the combined treatment group( 40 cases) and the chemotherapy alone group( 40 cases) according to the treatment plan. Patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Bugan Shenqi decoction combined with chemotherapy,while those in the chemotherapy alone group were treated with chemotherapy alone. After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the chemotherapy alone group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after 4 weeks of treatment,especially in the combined treatment group,and the difference was of statistical significance( P<0.05). There were eight cases of adverse reactions in the chemotherapy alone group,compared to two cases in the combined treatment group. There was significant difference between the two groups( χ^2= 4. 114,P = 0. 043). Conclusion Bugan Shenqi decoction combined with chemotherapy has a good clinical effect on patients with metastases of the liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of patients.
