摘要
构建了旁路节流调速回路的动态数学模型和AMESim仿真模型,模拟了节流阀开口大小、负载大小、缸筒与活塞间隙对旁路节流调速回路动态特性的影响,并总结出了影响规律,为液压系统设计和回路元件的设计与选择提供了有效理论支撑。
The dynamic mathematical model and Amesim simulation model of by-pass throttling speed regulation loop are constructed.The influence of throttle opening size,load size,cylinder and piston clearance on the dynamic characteristics of by-pass throttling speed regulating loop is simulated.Obtaining the effect laws ofvarious parameters on the dynamic characteristics of by-pass throttling speed regulating loop,which provides an effective theoretical support for the design of the hydraulic system and the design and selection of the loop components.
