作业机械液压马达输出扭矩测量装置的设计 被引量:3

摘要 作业机械中,液压马达与工作部件紧密结合在一起,没有预留轴颈或轴端。为了方便利用无线扭矩测试仪测量液压马达的输出扭矩,提出一种在液压马达与工作部件之间增加一段采用花键联接的扭矩测量轴,通过测量这段过渡轴的扭矩近似代替液压马达输出扭矩的测量方案。基于ADAMS软件对渐开线花键联接传动副进行动力学仿真分析,并在甘蔗联合收割机除杂风机的液压系统上进行了试验验证,结果表明:该测量方案测得的扭矩值与通过测量液压马达工作压差间接计算得到的扭矩值相比,两者相差约为5.1%,该测量方案可应用于液压马达输出扭矩的测量。 In the working machinery,the hydraulic motor is tightly integrated with the working parts,and there is no reserved journal or shaft end.In order to measure the output torque of hydraulic motor with wireless torque tester,a torque measuring shaft with spline connection is added between the hydraulic motor and the working parts,and the output torque of the hydraulic motor is approximately replaced by measuring the torque of the shaft.Dynamics simulates and analyzes the involute spline coupling transmission pair with ADAMS,and the test was carried out on the impurity removal fan hydraulic system of sugarcane combine harvester.The results show that compared with the torque value measured by this measurement scheme and calculated indirectly by measuring the working pressure difference of the hydraulic motor,the difference is about 5.1%,and the scheme can be used to the torque measurement of the hydraulic motor.
