摘要
研究了以氯化钾、氨气和湿法磷酸为原料,通过复分解法制备磷酸二氢钾的实验。考察了原料配比、磷酸一铵浓度、反应温度、反应时间对产品纯度和磷收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:原料配比n(KCl)∶n(NH_4H_2PO_4)=1. 8,磷酸一铵中P_2O_5浓度为14. 5%,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为90min,此时产品的纯度为95%,磷收率为79%。该工艺简单,原料综合利用率高,所得磷酸二氢钾达到HG/T 2321-2016质量标准。
Using potassium chloride,ammonia gas and phosphoric acid by wet process as raw material,the method of the preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate by double decomposition process is studied.The effects of raw material proportioning,monoammonium phosphate concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on product purity and phosphorus yield were investigated.The optimal technological conditions are as follows∶n(KCl)∶n(NH4H2PO4)=1.8,the concentration of P2O5 in monoammonium phosphate is 14.5%,reaction temperature is 95℃ and reaction time is 90min,the purity of the product is 95%,and the phosphorus yield is 79%.This crafts is simple,the comprehensive using rate of raw material is high,the obtained potassium dihydrogen phosphate reached the HG/T 2321-2016 quality standard.
