摘要 Co_3O_4是一种常见的尖晶石型半导体材料。本文介绍了几种较为常见的Co_3O_4的制备方法,并探究了Co_3O_4对乙醇、甲烷、氮氧化物、一氧化碳等气体的敏感性及其在气体传感器上的应用。 Co3O4 is a common spinel semiconductor material.In this paper,several common preparation methods of Co3O4 are introduced in detail,and the sensitivity of Co3O4 to ethanol,methane,carbon monoxide and other gases and its application in gas sensors are summarized.
