摘要
生物降解材料是对环境无污染的绿色生态材料,聚乳酸的最大优点是生物可降解性和生物相容性,应用前景非常广泛。本文综述了由生物质—废弃的农作物秸秆经粉碎、蒸汽爆破预处理后发酵成乳酸,再将乳酸用二步法合成聚乳酸的工艺过程。研究表明,合成的聚乳酸粘均分子量可达到十几万以上,完全可以达到生产所要求的物理性能。
Biodegradable materials are environment-friendly green ecological materials.The greatest advantage of polylactic acid is biodegradability and biocompatibility,and its application prospect is very broad.In this paper,made from biomass-waste crops straw after pulverized,it is fermented into lactic acid after the pretreatment of steam blasting.And then the polylactic acid was synthesized by two steps of lactic acid.The research shows that the viscosity average molecular weigh of polylactic acid synthesized is more than 100000,and can achieve the physical properties required for production.
