摘要
针对四川石化250万t/a催化裂化装置设备运行情况,对辅助燃烧室、烟气脱硫氧化罐进行技术改造,提高其使用和运行效果。对富气压缩机控制系统进行优化技术开发,保证催化反应压力平稳控制,节省了蒸汽消耗以及降低人工操作强度。
The paper introduced the problems of the equiment operation in 2.5 million tons/year FCC unit of Sichuan Petrochemical Company.The auxiliary combustion chamber and the oxidation tank of flue gas desulfurization were technically modified to improve their operation effect.The optimization technology development of the rich gas compressor control system ensures stable control of the catalytic reaction pressure,saves steam consumption and reduces manual operation intensity.
