“三成”目标视野下地方高校应用化学专业综合改革的研究与探索

Research and Exploration of Comprehensive Reformation of Applied Chemistry Specialty for Local Colleges Arming at Students' Growth,Success and Becoming Talent

实施专业教学综合改革是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。九江学院应用化学专业在专业办学及教育实践过程中,不断进行改革探索,走出了一条具有鲜明特色的面向学生的"三成"(成人、成功、成才)目标的教育改革之路,取得了良好的实施效果。本文从专业认知教育、精准成长引导体系、教师能力提高、教学模式改革、学生专业实践训练等方面阐述了我校"三成"目标视野下应用化学专业综合改革的具体措施。

Implementing specialty teaching reform,as an embodiment of carrying out their education function for universities,is an important way of improving the quality of talent training.Jiujiang university applied chemistry major continuously carries forward education reform in the process of professional education practice.A set of distinctive education schemes arming at students'growth,success and becoming talent for applied chemistry major have been explored in Jiujiang university.The relevant experience has been summarized in the aspects of major cognitive education,precision growth guiding system,teachers'ability improvement,teaching mode reform and training of students'professional practice.
