新工科背景下地方高校人才培养模式探索

Research on Personnel Training Mode of Material Forming and Control Engineering Under the Background of New Engineering

随着我国进入新工业时代,地方高校应当对自身准确定位,推进教育教学改革,以适应新工业背景下企业对人才的需求,服务于区域社会经济建设。本文从双师型教师队伍建设、课程体系建设及教学、考核模式建设等方面对人才培养模式进行探讨,提出新工科背景下地方高校人才培养模式的思考和建议。

As China enters the new engineering era,Local universities should position themselves accurately in this process,and constantly promote the research and practice of education and teaching reform to adapt to the requirements of society for the graduates of engineering under the new era,work hard to serve the local economic and social society.This paper discusses the talent training mode from the aspects of double-qualified teaching staff construction,course system construction,teaching and assessment mode construction,and puts forward some thoughts and Suggestions on the talent training mode in local universities under the background of new engineering.
