和肽素与影像相关性分析在急性心肌梗死评估中应用前景的展望 被引量：7

摘要 血浆和肽素(copeptin)作为一种新型生化标志物,近年来已经成为心血管疾病领域的研究热点,在临床上其不仅能作为排除肌钙蛋白测试阴性的早期急性心肌梗死的补充诊断依据,还能够作为评价冠状动脉病变严重程度的辅助指标,可评估患者的左心室功能和急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭的发病率及病死率,在预测急性心肌梗死患者的远期预后方面具有重要价值,本文对和肽素与影像学的相关性分析在急性心肌梗死的诊断和评估中的应用前景进行综述。
