摘要
调查显示,大学生对混合式学习尤其是思想政治理论课的网络学习表现出较为积极的态度倾向,但仍有近半数大学生认为混合式学习在激发学习积极性和主动性方面的作用并不明显。针对混合式学习现实中存在的诸多问题,文章提出教师在大学生混合式学习中应更新自我定位,强化服务意识,努力扮演好"自学引导者""知识教导者""思想开拓者""讨论组织者""后勤保障者""资源发布者"等角色,实现有效的组织和引导,提高学生混合式学习的效率和满意度。
The investigation indicates that undergraduates show positive attitude to blended learning,particular to the leaning of ideological and political courses online.Still,nearly half of the undergraduates think that blended learning plays a small role in motivating their enthusiasm and initiatives in learning.According to existing problems of blended learning,this paper pointed that the teachers should refresh their self-positioning,enhance their sense of service and try their best to play the role of selftaught guide,knowledge adviser,thought exploiter,discussion organizer,logistical supporter,resource distributor and the like.In a word,nothing but effective organization and conduction could enhance undergraduates’e fficiency and satisfaction of blended learning.
