摘要 近年来,改革中小学校长培训模式、方法、内容、手段,提升其解决学校发展问题的能力,已成为当前教育培训机构和教育行政部门高度重视并积极探索研究的热点问题。基于学校发展规划(SDP)的学校管理团队培训模式,通过实践取向的培训模式变革,以推进学校自主发展为目标,以"学校发展规划研制"为主线,以中小学学校教学管理团队为对象,将传统的校长"培训班"单一模式变革为"规划研制-集中培训-跟岗实践-交流答辩-实践改进"主题贯通的实践推进模式,对于深化我国中小学校长培训改革,创新校长培训模式具有重要意义。 In recent years,reforming the training mode,methods,contents and means of primary and secondary school principals to improve their ability to solve the problems of school development has become a hot issue.Educational training institutions and educational administrative departments have attached great importance to and actively explored the hot issues.The training mode of school management team based on school development planning(SDP),through the reform of practice oriented training mode,aims to promote the independent development of school,and takes"school development planning"as the main line.Taking the teaching management team of primary and middle schools as the object,the single mode of the traditional principal"training course"is transformed into"planning and centralized training".The practical promotion mode with the theme of"the post practice--exchange defense--practice improvement"is of great significance for deepening the reform of the principal training of primary and middle schools in China and innovating the training mode of principals.
