Research on the Education Plan of Electric Engineering under OBOR Strat

“一带一路”倡议的实施离不开远洋贸易、海洋运输、设施建设等诸多方面有效配合,因此需要大量船海电气工程领域人才。本文通过结合课程设计、科技创新、实践实习、校企合作4个方面,提出9条协同培养机制,使船海电气工程学科的毕业生更适应新时期就业形势下的人才市场需求。

The implementation of One Belt and One Road strategy is dependent on the effective cooperation of ocean trade,marine transportation and facilities construction.Among them,the training of professional talents in ship&ocean electric engineering area is the key and fulcrum of OBOR construction.A personalized talent cultivation mechanism for ship&ocean electric engineering is proposed by considering with its subject features by following the need of“OBOR”strategy as the creed,improving thought and system,optimizing subject and the innovation ability of students.By combining with curriculum design,technology innovation,concrete practice and school-enterprise cooperation,9mechanisms of cooperative training are presented to adapt to the needs of the job market under the new period.
