摘要
以广东省建筑科学研究院集团股份有限公司检测实验大楼工程建设为例,介绍了建设单位重视对工程项目成本的控制。针对存在的问题及时做出相应的措施,努力将各项费用控制在可控范围之内。有效控制成本,最终纠正工程项目立项时的偏差,实现了企业的经济效益,取得了较好的投资效益和社会效益,为今后在建筑工程中造价管理积累了一定的技术经验。
Taking the detection experiment building engineering construction of Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research Group Co.,Ltd.as example,introduce that construction unit emphasizes the control of engineering project.Aimed the problems,the corresponding measures were proposed so as to control various expenditures within controllable scope.Meanwhile,based on effective control of cost,the deviation of engineering project when approving was corrected,which realized enterprise economic benefit,achieved better investment as well as social benefit,and accumulated certain technology experience of the cost management in construction engineering.
