摘要
由于防渗面板混凝土裂缝对大坝防渗性、耐久性和安全性有重大的影响,笔者依据主动补偿理论,研究混凝土主动补偿材料,通过大量的对比仿真试验获得主动补偿源收缩数据,得到混凝土在干缩、冷缩过程中产生的拉应力动态补偿参数,然后建立数学模型,得到完整的混凝土主动防裂技术理论,以解决短渗径、薄壁面板混凝土非结构性裂缝的产生,为裂缝防治研究提供科学理论,通过工程实践证明了该成果在防渗面板混凝土防治非结构性裂缝方面有良好的效果。
Because the concrete crack of impervious face slab has a great influence on the impermeability,durability and safety of dam,the active compensation material of concrete is studied based on the active compensation theory.Through a large number of comparative simulation experiments,the shrinkage data of active compensation source are obtained,and the tensile stress dynamic compensating parameter of concrete produced in the process of dry shrinkage and cold shrinkage is obtained.Then a mathematical model is established to obtain a complete theory of active crack prevention technology for concrete,which can solve the problem of non-structural cracks in short-seepage and thin-walled face slab concrete,and provide a scientific theory for crack prevention research.The engineering practice proves that this achievement has good effect in preventing non-structural cracks in the concrete of impervious face slab.
