笔者对广西防城港电厂二期扩建工程的全过程设计采用先进的管理模式进行介绍及探讨,该管理模式有效控制设计质量、完善设计接口管理及加快设计进度,有效促进工程实施建设,为项目优质安全、高效环保投运作技术护航,也提高了设计企业的赢利能力。

The author introduces and discusses the advanced management mode used in the whole process design of the second stage extension project of Fangchenggang Power Plant in Guangxi.The management mode effectively controls the design quality,improves the design interface management and speeds up the design progress,effectively promotes the implementation and construction of the project,and provides technical escort for project operation of the high-quality,safe,efficient and environmental protection.It also improves the profitability of design enterprises.
