摘要
来宾区域电网位于广西电网的中部。丰水期广西北部水电多发时,近区乐滩电厂、百龙滩电厂电力送出存在稳定问题,加上合山电厂电力送出存在的稳定问题,造成目前来宾电网安全稳定控制措施配置复杂。来宾区域电网与主网融合过渡方案的建设,使近区电网网架结构及负荷情况均发生较大变化,因此有必要针对该建设方案对电网稳定运行的影响进行研究。笔者依据融合过渡方案建成后网架情况及预测负荷水平,采用电力系统分析软件进行了安全稳定仿真计算,在此基础上找出了电网的薄弱环节及存在的稳定问题,并给出相应的解决措施。
Laibin regional power grid is located in the central part of Guangxi power grid.During the flood season,when hydropower stations increase theirs energy output in northern Guangxi,there are stability problems in the power delivery of Letan Hydropower Plant and Bailongtan Hydropower Plant in near region,in addition,the stability problems in the power delivery of Heshan Power Plant,which make the configuration of safety and stability control measures for Laibin power grid complex.The construction of the fusion transition scheme of Laibin regional power grid and the main network has greatly changed the network frame and load of the near-region power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of the construction scheme on the stable operation of the power grid.Based on the network frame and load forecasting after the completion of the fusion transition scheme,the author uses the power system analysis software to simulate the safety and stability of the power grid.On this basis,the weak links and the existing stability problems of the power grid are found out,and the corresponding solutions are given.
