为避免某电站3号发电机出口断路器拒绝分闸而引起的事态扩大,维修人员先采取应急处理措施,再根据二次插头的各触点与二次回路图纸的分析结合,逐一分析出二次插头松脱而引起的回路断线,是造成断路器拒绝分闸和引起无功功率进相的原因,从而提出有效的防范措施,避免了类似事件再现。

In order to avoid the enlargement of the situation caused by refusing to open the outlet circuit breaker of No.3generator in a power station,the maintenance personnel first take emergency measures,and then according to the combination of the contact points of the secondary plug and the drawings of the secondary circuit,the circuit break caused by the loosening of the secondary plug is one by one analyzed,which is the reason that the circuit breaker refuses to open and causes leading power factor operation of reactive power.Therefore,effective preventive measures are put forward to avoid the recurrence of similar events.
