摘要 针对我国民用轻小型无人机"低"、"慢"、"小"目标,现有空管雷达监测系统"看不到"、"管不了"的世界性难题,本文首次提出并研制了基于北斗短报文技术和移动通讯技术的小型化、轻量型无人机监管机载终端装备,建立了无人机遥感系统数据库,构建了无人机遥感网络综合运行管理平台,实现轻小型无人机全天候、全国覆盖、实时在线监管,实现了对我国民用轻小型无人机多级、远程、实时、有效监管,为无人机遥感技术与应用产业规模化发展奠定了技术基础。 It is a world problem for AIR-DUCT Radar Monitoring System to supervise the small civilian UAV,because it was very small,low and slow.Regarding the issue above,this paper firstly presented and developed the miniaturized and lightweight airborne terminal equipment for UAV supervision based on Beidou short message technology and mobile communication technology,established a database of UAV remote sensing system,and constructed an integrated operation management platform for UAV remote sensing network,Further realized all-weather,national coverage,real-time online supervision of small civilian UAV.It effectively realized the multi-level,remote,real-time and effective supervision of our national small civilian UAV,laying a technical foundation for the large-scale development of UAV remote sensing technology and application industry.
