我国综合国力不断提高的背景下,一些复杂化的新型矛盾不断出现。矛盾问题导致一些公共安全事件不断发生,这些突发性事件在社会保障、群体利益、安全等方面均有涉及,严重威胁我国城市的安全稳定。智慧城市中通过信息化的管理技术和通信技术对公共安全问题开展了应急管理,以先进的信息技术保障城市的和谐性。文章针对智慧城市视域下公共安全应急管理存在的问题及对策进行分析,旨在为优化智慧城市中公共安全应急管理提供有力参考。

In the background of the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,some new complicated contradictions keep emerging.Contradictory problems have led to the development of some public security incidents,these public security incidents and emergency events are involved in social safeguards,group profits,securities and other aspects which seriously threaten the safety and stability of our cities.Smart City has launched emergency management on public safety issues based on information management and communication technologies,ensured the harmony of the city based on advanced information technology.This paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures of public safety emergency management from the perspective of Smart City,aiming to provide a powerful reference for optimizing public safety emergency management in Smart City.
