The Compilation Route and Characteristic of “Specifications for Hydroelectric Engineering Survey”

本文从《水电工程测量规范》编制工作出发,简要介绍了"规范"的编制背景、编写思路和编写内容,对"规范"的主要创新点及应用效果进行了概括性阐述,该规范不仅汲取了原执行标准的适用、有益的内容,使行业技术特点得以延续传承,也是现阶段水电行业测绘新技术、新方法的应用总结,并为今后专业技术发展起到引领和指导性作用,以保障水电测绘成果不断满足新形势下水电工程建设需求。对其它行业标准的编制工作开展具有可借鉴意义。

Based on the compilation work of“Specification for Hydropower Engineering Survey”,this paper introduced the background,ideas and contents of compilation of“Specification”,and summarized the main innovation points and application effects of“Specification”,which not only absorbs the useful contents of the original implementation standard,but also enables the vocational technological characteristics to continue.At the same time,it is also a summary of the new technologies and methods in surveying and mapping of hydropower industry at the present stage,which plays a leading and guiding role in the development of professional technology in the future and ensures that the results of Surveying and mapping of hydropower continuously meet the needs of hydropower engineering construction under the new situation.It can be used for reference to compile other industry standards.
