小儿电子胃镜检查中实施优质护理的效果探讨

Investigationg of the effect of high quality nursing in electronic gastroscopy

目的:对小儿电子胃镜检查中实施优质护理的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年4月期间我院收治的电子胃镜检查患儿作为研究对象,共选取140例患儿,把全部患儿随机分为研究组(n=70例)和对照组(n=70例),研究组实行优质护理方案,对照组采用常规基础护理,对两组患儿的手术操作时间、不良反应情况以及护理满意度等情况进行观察分析。结果:经过不同的护理措施,研究组手术操作时间为(9. 77±0. 66) min,明显低于对照组(11. 53±1. 41) min(P <0. 05);并且研究组护理满意度(97. 14%)和不良反应的发生率(2. 86%)都优于对照组(85. 71%,14. 29%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对小儿胃镜检查中实施优质护理,可以显著减少检查时间,提高工作效率,还能减少并发症的发生现象,提高患儿及家属的护理满意度,有利于护患关系的融洽和谐,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the implementation of high quality nursing care of children with electronic gastroscopy.Methods:Children with electronic gastroscope examination in our hospital during the period from 2016/01 to 2017/04 as the research object,a total of 140 cases,all patients were randomly divided into study group(n=70 cases)and control group(n=70 cases),the study group was with the implementation of quality care scheme,the control group was treated with routine nursing,operation time of the two groups of children,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were observed and analyzed.Results:After different nursing care,the operation time,patients in the study group was(9.77±0.66)min,significantly lower than that of the control group(11.53±1.41)min(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction(97.14%)and the incidence of adverse reactions(2.86%)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(85.71%and 14.29%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing in pediatric gastroscopy can significantly reduce the inspection time,improve work efficiency,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.It is conducive to the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and has high Clinical application value.
