摘要
帕金森病是一种以中脑腹侧黑质多巴胺能神经元进行性变性丢失及纹状体内多巴胺耗竭为主要病理特征的神经系统退行性疾病,将导致患者运动功能障碍,严重影响生活质量。目前为止引起多巴胺能神经元凋亡的机制尚未阐明。TRB3(tribbles-related proteins,TRB3)基因是具有凋亡前活性的应激诱导基因,参与调控多条信号通路,在细胞凋亡、自噬及内质网应激等过程都起到重要作用。已有研究表明TRB3介导的信号通路与帕金森病致病过程息息相关。在此,本文将重点揭示TRB3介导的信号通路在帕金森神经退行性疾病发病过程中的调控作用。
Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by loss of progressive degeneration of the ventral substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons and dopamine depletion in the striatum.It will lead to motor dysfunction and seriously affect the quality of life.The mechanism that has caused apoptosis in dopaminergic neurons so far has not been elucidated.The TRB3(tribbles-related proteins,TRB3)gene is a stress-inducing gene with pre-apoptotic activity,which is involved in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways and plays an important role in apoptosis,autophagy and endoplasmic reticulum stress.Studies have shown that TRB3-mediated signaling pathways are closely related to the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.This article will focus on revealing the regulatory role of TRB3-mediated signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.
