摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性的非编码RNA,由于其能调节细胞代谢、增殖、凋亡、迁移等基本过程,因此在哺乳动物细胞的发育、分化和细胞内稳态中起着重要作用。它们的表达异常会导致各种病理过程发生。由于单个microRNA能够靶向大量的mRNA序列,因此miRNA异常表达能够影响转录并激活癌症相关通路。miR-23a是miRNA家族中的一员,研究表明miR-23a在肺癌形成和发展中发挥重要作用,本文就miR-23a在肺癌发生发展中的作用进行综述。 MicroRNAs are endogenous non-coding RNAs.MicroRNAs play an important role in the development,differentiation and homeostasis of mammalian cells due to their ability to regulate basic processes such as cell metabolism,proliferation,apoptosis and migration;Their abnormal expression can lead to a variety of pathological processes.Since a single microRNA can target a large number of mRNA sequences,aberrant miRNA expression can affect transcription and activate cancer-associated pathways.miR-23a is a member of the miRNA family.Studies have shown that miR-23a plays an important role in the formation and development of lung cancer.This article reviews the role of miR-23a in the development of lung cancer.
