摘要
为研究球形高速弹丸对不同构型充液油箱的毁伤效应,基于LS-DYNA有限元分析软件和光滑粒子流体动力学理论,建立经实验验证的充液油箱模型;其中将油箱模型沿弹丸速度方向的长度作为不变量,分析不同冲击速度、不同构型(球形、方形和柱形油箱)对弹丸速度衰减、液体压力变化及箱体前后壁板变形的影响。结果表明:油箱构型基本不影响弹丸速度衰减变化和液体压力变化。油箱构型对冲击波阵面的压力分布影响较小;而弹丸速度对冲击波阵面的压力分布影响较大。弹丸速度与冲击波压力峰值正相关。弹丸冲击速度较小时,球形油箱的抗毁伤能力更强;随着弹丸冲击速度的增大;不同构型油箱的抗毁伤能力趋于一致。
In order to study the damage effects of spherical high-speed projectiles on different configurations of fuel tanks,based on the LS-DYNA software and the smoothed particle hydrodynamics theory,an experimentally validated fuel tank model was established.The length along the velocity of the projectile of the model is used as an invariant to analyze the effects of different impact velocities and different configurations(spherical,square,and cylindrical)on projectile velocity decay,fluid pressure,and deformation of the front and rear panels.The results show that the tank configuration hardly affect the velocity decay of the projectile and the change of the fluid pressure.The configuration of the tank has little influence on the pressure distribution of the shock wave,but the projectile velocity has a greater influence on the pressure distribution of the shock wave,and the velocity and the pressure peak ate positively correlated.When the velocity is small,the spherical tank is more resistant to damage.With the increase of the impact velocity of the projectile,the anti-destruction capability of the tank with different configurations tends to be consistent.
