摘要
使用便携式排放测试系统(PEMS),在一台改装的汽油天然气双燃料汽车上,分别使用汽油和天然气进行道路排放试验;研究不同道路工况、发动机转速与负荷、挡位、车速、排气含氧量、排气温度和排放的关系。结果表明,使用天然气时NO_x排放因子是使用汽油时的15. 03倍;使用汽油时CO、CO_2排放因子是使用天然气时的7. 38倍与1. 38倍。使用天然气与汽油时的排放均有随转速与负荷上升而增加的趋势。使用天然气时,发动机转速有升高的趋势,且排放含氧量与排气温度较高,增加了NO_x排放。随着挡位升高,CO、CO_2排放因子呈现先急后缓的下降趋势。
The portable emission test system(PEMS)is used to carry out actual road emissions tests in a modified bi-fuel CNG/gasoline vehicle to study the relationship between emission and road condition,engine speed,engine load,shift,vehicle speed,exhaust O2content and exhaust temperature.The results show that the NO x emission factor of use natural gas vehicle is15.03times as high as use gasoline vehicle,the CO and CO2emission factor of use gasoline vehicle is7.38times and1.38times as high as use natural gas vehicle.The emission of use natural gas and gasoline has a tendency to increase with the engine speed and load.The engine using natural gas has a trend towards high speed.The emission of O2content and exhaust temperature is higher than that of use gasoline vehicle,NOx emissions increase.The CO and CO2emission factor decrease with the increase of the shift,and the trend of change is slowing down.
