摘要
装配生产线是制造业中常见的一种生产作业形式,其效率直接影响整个生产线的生产效率。针对某集装箱公司后端框装配生产线的实际状况,以实际测定工时为据,找出瓶颈工序。运用工业工程方法对装配生产线进行分析改善,并利用Flexsim仿真软件对改善方案进行效果评价。结果表明,装配线平衡率由改善前的76. 2%提高到90. 4%,单日最大产能为225件,较改善前的产能提高了38件,减少了作业时间浪费,进而提高了产线效率。
Assembly line is a common form of production in manufacturing enterprises,and the efficiency of assembly line directly affects the production of the whole production line.According to the actual working hours,the assembly line of the container back frame is analyzed to find the bottleneck process.The basic industrial engineering method is used to solve the balance problem in the production line.And the effectiveness of the improvement is evaluated by Flexsim simulation software.The results show that the balance rate of assembly line is increased from76.2%to90.4%,the maximum productivity is225per day which increased by38.Thus,the waste of operation time is reduced,and the efficiency of line production is improved.
