电磁磨料射流直管射流水介质运动特性数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统磨料设备存在的技术瓶颈,结合电磁磨料射流的技术优势,建立标准的k-ε涡黏模型.基于有限体积法方法模拟加速后的金属磨料粒子对水平圆管流道内水介质的加速和受力特性,揭示金属磨料粒子周围附近水介质的加速影响规律。研究表明,除金属磨料粒子前端附近水介质,金属磨料粒子表面附近其他区域水介质受到压力值较小,金属磨料粒子上侧和下侧附近水介质压力最小;距离金属磨料粒子中心10 mm甚至更远距离,水平圆管管道流体速度变化趋于平缓,水平圆管中心轴线附近水介质区域速度达2. 3 m/s左右;金属磨料粒子前端附近水介质加速趋势相对缓慢,金属磨料粒子后端附近水介质加速趋势显著,在金属磨料粒子后端附近水介质速度峰值可达到14 m/s。 In view of the technical bottleneck of traditional abrasive equipment and the technical advantage of electromagnetic abrasive jet,a standard k-εmodel is established.Based on the finite volume method,the acceleration and stress characteristics of the accelerated metal abrasive particles on the water medium in the horizontal circular pipe flow channel are simulated,and the addition of water medium around the metal abrasive particles is revealed speed influences law.The results show that the water medium near the surface of the metal abrasive particles is smaller than the water medium near the front of the metal abrasive particles,and the pressure of the water medium near the side and the lower side of the metal abrasive particles is the smallest.At the distance from the center10mm of the metal abrasive particle,the velocity of the fluid in the pipe of the horizontal circular tube tends to be slow,and the velocity of the water medium near the central axis of the horizontal pipe is about2.3m/s.The acceleration trend of water medium near the front of the metal abrasive particles is relatively slow,and the water medium near the rear end of the metal abrasive particle accelerates significantly.The peak velocity of water medium near the back end of the metal abrasive particles can reach14m/s.
