汇流行星排传动效率特性试验研究

摘要 汇流行星排作为特种车辆综合传动系统的核心部件,其传动效率是考核传动性能的关键指标。设计并搭建汇流排动态加载试验平台,结合实车工况,测试传动效率并分析其影响因素,具有重要的应用价值。文中提出一种对汇流行星排运行传动效率的试验测试方法,通过控制转速和负载功率运行参数,测得在不同运行工况下的传动效率,分析运行参数对汇流行星排在不同工况、不同阶段的传动效率的影响。 Convergent planetary train is the core component of the special vehicle integrated transmission system.Its transmission efficiency is the key indicator for evaluating the transmission performance.It has important application value to design and build a convergent planetary train dynamic loading test platform,combined with the actual vehicle working condition to test the transmission efficiency and analyze its influencing factors.This paper proposes a test method for the transmission efficiency of the convergent planetary train.By controlling the operating parameters of the speed and load power,the transmission efficiency under different operating conditions is measured.The influence of operating parameters on the transmission efficiency of the convergent planetary train in different working conditions and different stages is analyzed.
