设计了汽车发动机生产线中发动机缸盖进气门密封质量检查装置。它由传动机构、密封机构、压紧机构组成。文中给出了打压气缸、弹簧、密封件、压板挠度的设计计算过程,以及传感器的选择方法。

This paper designs a quality inspection device for the intake valve seal of the engine cylinder head in the automobile engine production line.It consists of a transmission mechanism,a sealing mechanism and a pressing mechanism.The design calculation process of the deflection cylinder,spring,seal and platen deflection,and the selection method of the sensor are given.
