摘要
介绍了刀架的发展历史和伺服刀架的特点,基于伺服电动机对伺服刀架性能的重要作用,根据伺服刀架的控制要求,通过计算伺服刀架总的负载转矩、启动加速转矩、不平衡转矩和摩擦转矩,选择的伺服电动机满足伺服刀架转矩的要求。
This paper introduces the development history of tool turret and the characteristics of servo tool turret.Based on the important role of the servo motor on the performance of the servo tool turret,the total load torque,starting acceleration torque,unbalance torque and friction torque of the servo tool turret are calculated according to the control requirements of the servo tool turret.The selected servo motor can meet the requirements of the servo tool turret torque.
