某污水厂曝气沉砂系统技术改造实践

Practice of Technical Reconstruction of Aerated Grit Chamber in a Wastewater Treatment Plant

针对某污水处理厂曝气沉砂池出现的管道易堵塞和排砂泵故障率高等问题,对曝气沉砂池排砂系统进行升级改造,减少了排砂管的堵塞、降低了排砂泵的故障率,取得了良好的除砂效果,为污水厂的安全运行提供了保障。

To solve the problems,such as blockage and higher rate of sludger fault in aerated grit chamber of the Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP),the reconstruction of sand discharging system of aerated grit chamber is conducted,which reduces the eonges-tion of sand discharge pipe and failure rate of sand discharge pump.All the above makes good effect on the removal of the sand,and provides a guarantee for safe operation of the WWTP.
