摘要
传统教学模式下开设免疫荧光实验项目成本较高,限制因素较多,采用虚拟仿真教学模式有望解决该问题。本文结合当前虚拟仿真教学平台构建的主流技术,设计了免疫荧光实验项目虚拟仿真教学模式的构建方法,为该实验项目虚拟仿真教学软件开发提供指导。
Under the traditional teaching mode,it was a high cost and many constraints to carry out immunofluorescence assay,but recently the problem was expected to get an effective solution by virtual simulation technology.Based on the main current technique of virtual simulation teaching platform construction,the paper designed the construction method of virtual simulation teaching mode for immunofluorescence assay and intended to promote the development of virtual simulation teaching software on immunofluorescence assay.
