On Function and Characteristic of Evaluation System of Environmental Technology Verification

概述了我国环保科技创新体系的特点与问题,论述了国内建立环境技术验证评价制度对创新环境技术评价的作用和意义,通过案例分析,提出了涵盖验证申请、验证准备、验证测试、验证评价、验证结果发布5个阶段的评价过程,以及促进环境技术验证(ETV)制度发展的建议。

This paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of the environmental technology innovation,discusses to set up the evaluation system of the Environmental Technology Verification(ETV)in China,and discusses the function and significance of the innovation environmental technology evaluation.Through the cases analysis,the paper puts forward the specific verification processes of 5 phases,which include verification application,verification preparation,verification test,verification evaluation and verification result issuance,as well as the suggestions for the promotion of the development of ETV system.
