摘要 与金属换热器相比,氟塑料换热器具有耐腐蚀性极强、耐高温和低温、防结垢、低阻力、使用寿命长、具备自清洁功能等优点,适用于脱硫塔前、后降低烟温和脱硫塔后提升烟温。氟塑料换热相变凝聚器通过降低脱硫塔后高湿烟气温度,实现收水、除尘、余热回收等多重功能,示范项目经测试,颗粒物和SO3均具有较好的脱除效果,并可实现烟气含水及其汽化潜热的有效回收利用,为电厂创造实际经济效益。 Compared with the metal heat exchangers,the heat exchangers of fluoroplastic have the advantages of strong corrosion resistance,heat resisting and low temperature resistance,anti-scaling,low resistance,long service life,self-cleaning function,etc.It is suitable for reducing the smoke temperature before and after the desulfurization tower and raising the smoke temperature after the desulfurization tower.The phase transition agglomerator for heat exchanger of fluoroplastic can realize multiple functions such as water collection,dust removal,remaining heat recovery and so on by reducing the flue gas temperature with high humidity after desulfurization tower.The test of demonstration project shows that it has better effect regarding removal of particulate matter and SO3.It can also realize the effective recovery and utilization of water contained in flue gas and its latent heat of gasification,and create the practical economic benefits for power plants.
