电镀废水近零排放及资源回用工艺

摘要 电镀是工业生产与制造过程中的基础产业,电镀废水含多种重金属及其他有机物污染因子,处理难度大,传统工艺无法满足现行《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)的要求,水体中含有大量盐分,中水无法回用至生产线,资源得不到有效回收和再利用。针对实际运用过程中所遇到的问题,采用SCR工艺进行电镀废水处理,能同步实现上述目标,废水近零排放。 Electroplating is the basic industry in the process of industrial production and manufacturing.The electroplating wastewater contains many kinds of heavy metals and pollution genes of other organic pollutants that are difficult to be treated.The traditional process cannot meet the requirements of the existing<Discharge Standard for Electroplating Pollutants>(GB21900-2008).As there is still a lot of salinity left in the water body,it is incapable to reuse the reclaimed water to production line and the resources cannot be effectively recovered and reused.In view of the problems encountered in the actual operation,the paper adopts SCR(Separation Concentration and Recycle)process to treat the electroplating wastewater,and can achieve the above goal synchronously,and the wastewater reaches the near zero discharge.
