摘要
以2-甲基喹啉和丁炔二酸二甲酯为原料,经环化反应合成得到4a-甲基-4aH-吡啶并[1,2-a]喹啉-1,2,3,4-四甲酸甲酯。实验表明,无需催化剂,物料配比n(2-甲基喹啉):n(丁炔二酸二甲酯)=1:2,在二甲亚砜溶液中室温反应24小时,产物收率可达72%。目标化合物的结构得到1H NMR、13C NMR和MS证实。
4a-Methyl-4aH-pyrido[1,2-a]quinoline-1,2,3,4-tetracarboxylate was synthesized by cyclization reaction from the starting materials of2-methylquinoline and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate.The experiments showed that72%yield were obtained under conditions of catalyst free,molar ratio of2-methylquinoline to dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate of1:2,reaction dissolvent of DMSO,room temperature and reaction time of24h.The structure of the title compound was confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.
