Design of Injection Mold for the Connector-Small Clip

简要介绍一种体积小、质量轻的小卡子在模具设计时,遇到的生产时产品四处飞溅和顶杆无法布置均匀导致产品顶出过程旋转而无法被正常顶出的2个问题;此模具设计运用定模弹顶等模具结构成功解决了这2个问题。

The paper introduces two problems when designing the injection mold for a kind of small and lightclip:(1)Products splash everywhere during production;(2)The push rod can not be arranged evenly,resultingin rotation during the product ejection process,and the product can not be pushed out smoothly.The mold designproposed in this article has successfully solved the two problems by using the structure of the fixed mold springpush-out,ect.
