摘要
弹舌和挂鼻是连接器产品中的常用结构,然而这两类结构在实际生产过程中变形严重,并且变形量难以控制,工程师大多通过以往经验来对变形量进行控制,如何利用大数据理论,将传统的经验值变为理论数据将是我们未来的工作方向。
Spring tongue and hanging nose are commonly used structures of connector products.However,thesetwo kinds of structures are seriously deformed in the actual production process and the deformation is difficult to becontrolled.In most cases,engineers control the deformation through experience.Therefore,how to use the big datatheory and how to change the traditional empirical value into theoretical data will be the direction of our future work.
