七氟醚预处理对冠心病患者心血管功能的影响及机制作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨七氟醚预处理对冠心病患者心血管功能的影响及机制作用分析。方法选取需要进行全麻开腹手术的冠心病患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用非七氟醚预处理,观察组采用七氟醚预处理,进行效果比较观察。结果对照组患者在未接受七氟醚预处理的效果是总有效率为78.05%;观察组患者接受七氟醚预处理的效果是总有效率为92.68%。观察组明显优于对照组,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P <0.05)。结论应用七氟醚预处理开腹手术的冠心病,不仅可以提高有效率,而且可以保护患者的心血管功能,有助于改善和提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
